How to request deletion

  1. Email privacy@trendingdevs.com from any address.
  2. Put “Delete my THUMB & PYLON account” in the subject line.
  3. If you have signed in to Google Play Games, include your gamertag (the name shown beside your score on the leaderboards). It is the only way to identify your account, because the game never asks for an email address or a name.

Requests are actioned within 30 days. You will get a reply confirming when it is done. There is no charge and no need to give a reason.

Nothing about you is kept afterwards. Deleting removes the account itself, not just its contents, so the game will treat you as a new player if you open it again.

What is not affected

Your Google Play Games account belongs to Google, not to this game, and is untouched. Manage it at myaccount.google.com. Progress stored only on your phone is removed by uninstalling the app.

Retention

Once deleted, records are removed from the live database immediately. Residual copies may persist briefly in routine encrypted backups taken before the request and are overwritten as those backups age out, within 30 days. They are not accessible to the game or used for any purpose in the meantime.
