THUMB & PYLON · com.thumbpylon.game · Last updated 2 September 2026
These terms cover your use of the game THUMB & PYLON and its online leaderboards. By playing, you agree to them. They are short, because the game is free, sells nothing, and asks almost nothing of you.
THUMB & PYLON is free to play. There is no advertising, there are no in-app purchases, and there is nothing to subscribe to. You may play it for as long as it is available.
An anonymous account is created for you automatically so your scores can be attributed to you. You may optionally sign in with Google Play Games, which attaches your gamertag and avatar to that account. You can have everything deleted at any time — see deleting your account and data.
Leaderboards only mean anything if the scores on them were played. So:
Scores that were not genuinely played may be removed, and accounts that submit them may be excluded from the leaderboards.
If you sign in with Google Play Games, your gamertag and avatar appear beside your scores on public leaderboards. If you do not, you appear under an automatically generated label that identifies nobody. What is collected and why is described in the privacy policy.
The game and its leaderboards are provided as they are, without any warranty. They may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. Leaderboards may be reset when the game is rebalanced, because scores set under different rules are not comparable.
To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any loss arising from use of the game, including loss of scores or progress. The game is free and provided without warranty of any kind.
If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them. Continuing to play after that means accepting the revised terms.
